Cheesy Roasted Muenster & Tomato-Jalapeno Cast Iron Skillet Dip

You will love this delicious, creamy and lightly spicy cheese dip made in this mini cast iron skillet.


Suuuper good and crazy cheesy with Spanish Rosemary sea salt & Jalapeño oil @durant_oregon - The jalapeños are FUZED into the oil using a special process that makes for the most incredible flavor with the perfect amount of heat for this dish!


✨Roasted Tomato-Jalapeño Muenster Dip✨


8 oz shredded or chopped Muenster cheese 🧀

8 oz softened cream cheese

4 oz shredded mozzarella

2 oz shredded Parmesan

2 Tomatoes 🍅 sliced thin and salted/dried on paper towels

Durant Jalapeño oil & Spanish Rosemary Sea salt

Fresh oregano 🌱


Place a piece of parchment in a cast iron skillet then add the combined cheeses, top with the tomatoes, jalapeño oil and sea salt. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until the tomatoes look nice and shriveled and the cheese is bubbly.
